Grease Trap Enzyme Treatment

“GT+” Degrades organic materials, converting them into carbon dioxide (CO2) and water (H2O). These specially formulated cultures with high degrees of ENZYME activity reduces fats, oils and greases (FOG) and reduces offensive odors. This product comes packaged in bulk or convenient dosage packets. “GT+” is engineered to clean the pipes going to the grease trap, the grease trap and the pipes leaving the grease trap, creating a clean, odorless and free-flowing system. “GT+” is effective in degrading hair and soap scum in shower and sink drains, urea build-ups in urinals, organic build-ups in soda and beer drains. Furthermore, it should be used in the drainlines of water coolers, ice machines, air conditioners, etc. “GT+” used on a daily basis is like having the grease collection system cleaned daily.

 

“GT+” is a potent combination of billions of active Aerobic and Anaerobic bacteria cultures that produces enzymes specially engineered to degrade organic materials in your grease trap, converting them into carbon dioxide (CO2) and water (H2O).

DIRECTIONS

GREASE TRAPS, DRAINPIPES, GARBAGE DISPOSAL UNITS AND GREASE INTERCEPTORS IN RESTAURANTS, OFFICE BUILDINGS, INSTITUTIONS, SCHOOLS AND APARTMENT COMPLEXES.


DOSAGE: A grease trap more than half filled with solids should be cleaned before “GT+” treatment. Apply during the longest period of non-use and at a time when caustic and strong detergents are least present in system.

  • Up to 499 gallons - 2 ounces daily
  • 500 to 4999 gallons - 4 ounces daily
  • 5000 to 9999 gallons - 6 ounces daily
  • 10000 or larger - 8 ounces daily

Wash the enzymes down with one half pint of water.


DRAIN LINES IN SINKS, SHOWERS, ETC.: For slow moving drains, use 2 ounces, wait 2-3 hours or overnight, repeat if necessary. Regular maintenance should be applied one or two times weekly.
